About Ben Brewster
Ben Brewster is a current pro pitcher, founder of TreadAthletics and author of Building the 95 MPH Body. A naturally skinny lefty, he threw low 70s in high school at 6'3" 155 lbs. He was able to train himself to 215 lbs and mid 90s, going from an un-recruited D1 walk-on to a 15th round draft pick. He holds a BSc in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and works with dozens of high level college and professional pitchers on their physical preparation.
