In a previous article, stability of the Scapulothoracic was discussed in detail but stability of the true shoulder joint, the Glenohumeral Joint, is equally important. Strong and stable Rotator Cuffs allow athletes to decelerate their arm after ball release and therefore, decrease their risk of injury.
