Chris Rasky, MS, CSCS, is the Associate Director of Sports Performance at FSQ Sports Training in Level Green, PA. The former outfielder for West Virginia University has received exercise physiology degrees from WVU and the University of Mississippi. He has served as a strength and conditioning intern for WVU, Ole Miss and the University of California - Irvine and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
