Andrew Sacks is the founder and head of sports performance training at Prime Sports Performance in Baltimore, MD. Andrew graduated from Frostburg State University in 2009 with BS degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology, and obtained his NSCA-CPT certification shortly thereafter. Since then, Andrew has worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, and has had his work published on several training websites.
